SAVE Ghana Honored for Advocacy Efforts Supporting Fulbe Community

SAVE Ghana has been recognized for its tireless efforts in advocating for the Fulbe community in Ghana. The award was humbly accepted by Mr. Dentie Sule, who shared the news on his Facebook page, expressing deep gratitude on behalf of his team at SAVE Ghana.In his heartfelt message, Mr. Sule made it clear that the award wasn’t just his, but a reflection of the collective work done by every team member, supporter, and advocate. “This award is not just for me; it’s for every voice that has spoken up, every hand that has extended support, and every heart that believes in the power of inclusion and justice,” he wrote.

Mr. Sule acknowledged the challenges SAVE Ghana has faced along the way but stressed that the recognition reaffirms their commitment to pushing forward. Their mission remains to secure equity, dignity, and lasting change for vulnerable groups, especially the Fulbe community. He added that the struggles of these communities are now being seen and heard globally.

He also expressed gratitude to organizations that have stood by SAVE Ghana, including USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI), Creative Associates International, and the U.S. Embassy in Ghana. Their support has been key to the progress made so far.Looking ahead, Mr. Sule reminded everyone that there’s still much work to be done but that this award will serve as motivation to keep going. “Together, we are stronger, and together, we will build a future where every person is valued and empowered,” he concluded. SAVE Ghana’s recognition serves as a powerful reminder that persistence and advocacy for the rights of marginalized groups can lead to impactful and lasting change.
